Shooting on high definition P2 format, the HPX3000 camera is Discovery Channel gold tier rated, National Geographic and BBC HD approved for acquisition and production. It is BSkyB's (Sky Sports) prefered sports and news HD camera. It is a 2/3" full 1920x1080 rated camera shooting in AVC Intra100 or DVCPRO HD codecs.
